Privacy policy.
This privacy policy may be updated or supplemented by STORME at any time, especially to comply with any changes in laws, regulations, case law, or technology. Once these modifications are published online, they become binding on the User.
Article 1. Definition and Nature of Personal Data
When using the Platforms, STORME may request that the User provide personal data to access the services offered.
The personal data collected in connection with STORME’s services consists of information needed by STORME and its business partners to provide those services—for example, to enable the User to contact STORME for resolving issues encountered while using the services.
For this Privacy Policy, "Personal Data" refers to any information that can identify an individual, including, but not limited to, first and last names, postal and email addresses, telephone numbers, geolocation data, preferred sports activities, transaction details on the Platforms, and any other information the User chooses to supply to STORME.
Regarding geolocation data, it helps the User navigate and access specific features. If the User enables GPS location, STORME can determine the User’s current location without storing this information. Data is recorded only when the User opts to save their routes, after which it is stored in the User's personal space and may be deleted by the User at any time.
Article 2. Purpose of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy aims to inform you how STORME collects Personal Data in a way that fully respects your rights.
STORME confirms that, in collecting and managing Personal Data, it complies with French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (the "Loi Informatique et Libertés") as currently in force, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (the "GDPR").
Article 3. Collection of Personal Data

Legitimate interest,
The User's consent when required, as well as for any processing of indirectly collected Personal Data and the use of cookies and other tracking technologies,
The execution of the contract between the User and STORME for accessing the services on the Platforms,
Legal and regulatory obligations.
The User's Personal Data is gathered for one or more of the following purposes:
Managing access to and use of the services on the Platforms,
Handling customer management and follow-up activities,
Creating a database of registered members, users, and customers,
Generating commercial and traffic statistics for the services offered via the Platforms,
Managing opinions regarding products, services, or content,
Complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
STORME informs the User whether each piece of data is mandatory or optional. Mandatory data is essential for the services to function properly, while the User may choose whether to provide optional information.
Article 4. Cookies
A cookie is a text file placed on the user's device by a website through a browser, recording information about browsing activity and indicating whether the browser has connected previously. While USERS can prevent cookies from being stored, doing so may limit their ability to use certain features of the website, such as personalized services and navigation preferences.
The Platforms may also include "social plugins" (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Viadeo, LinkedIn) that enable content recommendations, use profile data for comments or registration, or display content from social sites. STORME is not responsible for third-party cookies set by these social networks.
Article 5. Transmission of Data to Third Parties
The data collected may be transmitted, when necessary and only for the purposes outlined above, to STORME's personnel or subcontractors (such as IT service providers and hosting companies) to respond to the User’s requests.
Personal data may also be shared with public authorities, solely to comply with legal obligations, such as with court officers, legal representatives, or debt collection agencies.
Article 6. Transfer of Personal Data
Personal Data will not be transferred, rented, or exchanged with third parties under any circumstances.
Article 7. Retention Period

Article 11. Modifications
STORME reserves the right to modify any part of this document at any time. These changes will take effect upon publication of the updated privacy policy.
